Nu Chapter Announces Summer Housing Opportunities

Berkeley, CA – April 5, 2010 – The Nu Chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon is proud to announce that there will be rooms available for rent over the summer in the Chapter House. All those looking for rooms in the house should have a reference with a current and active member of the chapter; those without references will not be considered.

Rooms are rented as a whole, and singles, doubles, and triples are available on a first come first serve basis. Some rooms are equipped with a private bathroom. Rooms must be rented for the entire summer (From May 21^st – April 18^th). For room rates please click here, there is a $500 refundable security deposit for each resident. The Nu Chapter house is equipped with high speed internet and Wi-Fi access through-out the house, all rooms are equipped with basic cable, and premium cable is available for a nominal cost. Common areas of the house are cleaned twice a week by a professional cleaning service. Access to the kitchen is provided, however residents are responsible for cleaning all cookware and dishes.
