Dr. Marian Moszoro Talks at TKE Nu Chapter

Berkeley, CA – March 16, 2010 – Last Tuesday, Dr. Marian Moszoro, a Visiting Scholar at UC Berkeley’s esteemed Haas Business School, came and spoke to the Brothers at Nu Chapter. The scholar spoke about Finance and Economics, focusing on a European perspective.

The event was hosted and arranged by Paul Soto, #1093 of Xi Class. “He has his PhD in Economics, so anyone who wants to learn about Finance or the Economy, you shold talk to this guy, since he is extremely enthusiastic about economics!” he said in meeting, encouraging brothers to attend the event.

Overall thirty-three brothers were able to attend the lecture by the Argentinean professor. Afterwards, brothers were encouraged to ask questions and mingle over dinner, which was also held at the house.

“I had a great time talking with Dr. Moszoro,” said Eric Tye, an intended Economics major. “It’s great that we can have events like this at the house.”
